Stress Management
The Health and Safety Executive defines stress as “the adverse reaction a person has to excessive pressure or other types of demand placed upon them.

The Stress Management Society defines stress as: “a situation where demands on a person exceed that person’s resources or ability to cope”.

Poetry Therapy  
Poetry therapy is intended to reflect the interactive use of writing and / or literature to promote growth and healing.

Counselling and psychotherapy are umbrella terms that cover a range of talking therapies. They are delivered by trained practitioners who work with people over a short or long term to help them bring about effective change or enhance their well being. – British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Personal / life coaching
